The room was spacious and had a street view, the staff was helpful and welcoming with smiling faces, and the location was exceptionally nice in a unique area.

Location - brilliant, next to a taxi from the airport, many shops, chemists and all sorts and Long Bien bridge. Exceptionally nice room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities.

The hotel's location just off Long Bien bridge in Hanoi was perfect. Having an electric kettle and a fridge in my family room was a very thoughtful addition. Everyone at the hotel was lovely and kind. This was not my first stay here, and I will definitely be back.

Difficult to sleep due to noise from a neighbouring rooster that constantly crowed from 4 am to 7 am. Room was not as cleaned as expected with kettle but no tea, questionable fridge, and flickering lights.
